Jinzhong College of Information is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic ESL teachers to deliver English courses to undergraduate students.
l Start Date: September 2026
l Contract Duration: One year (renewable; long-term stay welcome)
Remuneration & Benefits
Monthly Salary: Starting from 10,000 RMB (negotiable based on qualifications and interview performance)
l Annual Airfare Allowance: Up to 15,000 RMB for round-trip travel
l Housing: Fully furnished apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) with free utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating)
l Workload: 16 teaching periods per week (45 minutes/period)
Overtime pay: 100 RMB/hour for any teaching beyond 256 periods per semester
No required office hours except for regular meetings and activities
l Working Days: Monday to Friday
l Paid Holidays: 3 months of summer and winter vacation (full salary)

l Institution Type: Private four-year undergraduate college
l Student Population: Over 22,000 (ages 18–22)
l Average Class Size: 20–40 students
l Support: Student assistants available to help with daily needs
Job Requirements
1. Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or other English-speaking countries
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher (must be obtained before June 2026)
3. Preferred qualifications:
l TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent
l At least 2 years of English teaching experience (full-time or part-time)
l Teaching experience in English-speaking countries
4. Personal attributes: Patient, responsible, enthusiastic, and committed to teaching
5. Age requirement: 20–55 years old
